A collector visits three doctors across two clinics in a morning. Cash goes in one pocket, GPay screenshots go to a WhatsApp group, and one insurance patient says “bill it, I’ll pay next visit.” By evening, nobody can say, without adding it up by hand, how much came in, from whom, for which doctor.
A mistake gets scratched out in the register, or a page goes missing entirely. There’s no way to know later whether ₹300 was corrected honestly or just erased.

No edit button, no delete button, for anyone. A wrong entry is corrected with a second entry for the same amount, negated. It shows in red to admin and the clinic owner, and it always nets out correctly in every total.
Every entry is tagged as it’s taken. Today’s totals appear broken down by payment type, by doctor and by clinic. No adding up required, and no waiting for someone to compile it.
A visit billed on credit lands in a dedicated Pending Payments list, visible to every collector, so nobody forgets it exists. Only an admin can mark it received, and records whether it came back as cash or GPay.
Collectors log entries and see today’s shared total across the team. Doctors see their own day, and their clinic’s total if the admin allows it. Owners and admins see everything for their clinics, and nothing for anyone else’s.
Install it on a phone like any app. If the connection cuts out mid-entry, the entry queues on the device and submits itself the moment it’s back online. Nothing gets re-typed, nothing gets lost.
A copy is written to the clinic’s own machine every day, and a second copy goes offsite automatically. A stolen laptop or a spilled coffee stops being a way to lose a year of records.
